This page explains how to ask HYGIENIC TANKS (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-TS-09-0001428) to delete your account and the information linked to it. It applies to the Hygienic Tanks customer app (and our website's customer portal) and to the Hygienic Tanks Team staff app.
1. How to ask
- Email hygienictanks@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request", or call (+91) 905-915-5508.
- Tell us your name, the phone number or email your account uses, and which app it is (customer app or Hygienic Tanks Team).
- To protect your account, we confirm the request with you on that registered phone number or email before deleting anything.
We complete the request within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
2. What is deleted
- Your sign-in: your login and password stop working, and every device is signed out.
- Your profile and contact details.
- Customer accounts: your properties, tanks, the other contacts you added, the property and tank photos you added, and your quote requests.
3. What we keep, and why
The law requires us to keep some records for a set period after the account is closed: invoices, payments and the jobs they cover (with their photos) for 8 years, and for staff, payroll records for 8 years and attendance and leave records for 3 years. These are kept only for those legal, tax and accounting purposes, are not used for anything else, and are deleted when that period ends.
